Ahmedabad-based Unipath Specialty Laboratory Ltd has acquired 100% stake in Hyderabad- based Ravula Health Care. JSA acted as the legal advisor to Unipath Specialty on this transaction.Ravula Health Care is a provider of pathology, diagnostic, and imaging services. This acquisition marks the third major inorganic expansion by Unipath since FY24.
