Uniqus acquires ESG consulting firm SustainPlus
Mumbai-headquartered Uniqus Consultech, a newly launched audit consultancy firm, has acquired Pune-headquartered SustainPlus, which has been providing ESG (environmental, social, and governance) consulting to companies in India, Europe, the Middle East, and the US since 2017, SustainPlus CEO Anu Chaudhary will join Uniqus as the global head of ESG.
