Uniqus Consultech acquires global ESG biz of Goodera

Uniqus Consultech Inc, which offers ESG ( Environment, Social & Governance) and accounting & reporting consulting, has acquired the global ESG business of Bengaluru- and Menlo Park, US -headquartered Goodera . Goodera's ESG tech platform is a well-established cloud-based software that helps corporates manage the performance of their sustainability programs. It will be now rebranded as ESG UniVERSE under Uniqus.
