US-based CRO Parexel acquires pharmacovigilance platform Vitrana

Noida-based pharmacovigilance (PV) technology platform Vitrana has been acquired by Raleigh, North Carolina (US)-based clinical development partner Parexel.Founded in 2024, Vitrana is a provider of an AI-enabled, pharmacovigilance (PV) technology platform; it claims to accelerate end-to-end patient safety and PV processes, deliver first-time quality and enhance regulatory compliance. The platform is system-agnostic and integrates with any safety database, allowing customers to customise.Vitrana's team of 600 employees and its technology will be aligned with Parexel’s Patient Safety Services organisation.
