US-based plumbing systems maker Sloan acquires Essel Bath Fittings
Illinois, USA-based plumbing systems maker Sloan has acquired a controlling stake in Chandigarh-based Essel Bath Fittings .Essel is a supplier of premium bath solutions, including faucets, sanitaryware, showers, and bathroom accessories. It specializes in aesthetically designed products for residential and commercial use. The firm will continue to operate under its existing brand, while Sloan will maintain its focus as a premium brand for high-end institutional, commercial, and residential applications.
For FY25, Essel Bathfittings had reported about INR 73 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 3 Cr in PAT.
