US-based Bounteous acquires IT services firm Lister Technologies
Chicago, Illinois, US-based Bounteous, an insights-driven digital experience consultancy, has acquired Chennai-based Lister Technologies. The addition of Lister allows Bounteous to deliver on global demand for its co-innovation offering and execute strategic engagements across multiple continents. Bounteous adds over 350 skilled experts to its team. Founded in 2000, Lister is a full-service digital transformation consultancy with offices in Chennai, India, and San Mateo, California. Technology Holdings acted as an exclusive investment banking advisor to Lister in this transaction.
