UST acquires telecom engg co MobileComm

UST Global, a Trivandrum, India- and USA-based digital transformation solutions company, has acquired Dallas, Texas-based MobileComm, a global telecom engineering firm. As part of the acquisition, 1,300 employees of MobileComm will join UST. Founded in 2002, MobileComm operates across the US, India, and Canada, supporting communications service providers (CSPs) with offerings such as wireless network modernization, 5G network rollout, network performance enhancement, and private cellular networks. UST has over 20,000 employees in India, out of its total global headcount of around 30,000.
