Trivandrum-based IT Services firm UST has acquired Endeavor Consulting Group, a Wayne, PA (USA)-based player in supply chain management and product commercialization consulting. The deal strengthens UST's position with pharmaceutical, biopharma, and medical technology device customers.Endeavor, founded in 2006, serves clients in North America and Europe with specialization in the life sciences vertical.JEGI CLARITY acted as the financial advisor to Endeavor Consulting Group on the deal.
