Ventive Hospitality to acquire 76% stake in Hilton Goa Resort owner

Pune-based Ventive Hospitality Ltd , a division of Blackstone-backed Panchshil Group, has acquired a 76% stake in Soham Leisure Ventures (Soham), the owning entity of the Hilton Goa Resort.Soham is a 104-key resort with multiple pools and extensive event facilities spanning 16,500 sq. ft., and leisure amenities including a kids’ club and fitness centre.The initial cash outlay of INR 120 crore will be used for the development of additional 60-65 keys on the existing site, as well as to develop a 4-acre land parcel in Goa.
