Publicly listed, Chennai-based education firm Veranda Learning, via its subsidiary Veranda XL Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, is to acquire Ernakulam-based Logic Management Training Institutes Pvt Ltd.Founded in 2005, Logic Management Training Institute, known for its range of commerce professional courses, operates in eight branches across Kerala.Logic, as a component of Veranda’s commerce education initiative, will collaborate with Veranda unit, JK Shah Classes.
