Visa processing startup Atlys acquires UK-based Artionis

Mumbai- and San Francisco-based visa processing platform Atlys has acquired the UK subsidiary of visa service company Artionis in an all-cash deal.This acquisition is expected to help Atlys improve its European technology, offer services to travelers in the UK and expand in Germany and France.Founded in 2019, Artionis is an outsourcing partner for governments and is operational in 25 countries with 400 employees in 65 offices.

Between March 2023 and Sep 2024 , Atlys had raised about USD 44 M from Accel India, Elevation Capital, Peak XV Partners, DST Global, Headline and others.
