Walplast acquires majority stake in construction chemicals maker Vura Bau Chemie
Mumbai-based Walplast Products has acquired a majority stake in Ahmedabad-based Vura Bau Chemie .Vura Bau Chemie manufactures tile adhesives, waterproofing solutions, and stone-care products. The firm plans to use the investment to expand offerings in tile adhesives and waterproofing, introduce stone-care products, and enter new market segments.
