Warner Music acquires artist mgmt co E-Positive

Warner Music India has acquired E-Positive, a Mumbai-headquartered artist management company. The acquisition will allow the artists on the rolls of E-Positive to leverage Warner Music India's expertise in brand partnerships and live events. Post-acquisition, E-Positive will continue to operate on a standalone basis, led by the founder and chief executive officer (CEO), Naushad Khan. E-Positive will also continue to hold ‘Indie Music Label' as part of its holdings. The move will bring singer Darshan Raval, who is managed by E-Positive, into the fold of Warner Music India. E-Positive offers services such as conceptualization and implementation of corporate events, product launches, store launches, and brand promotions involving celebrities. US-based Warner Music Group (WMG) forayed into India in 2020 and established Warner Music India in April 2020.
