Wipro Pari to acquire German automation tech suppiier Hochrainer GmbH
Wipro Pari, the industrial automation business of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, is to acquire Hochrainer GmbH, a Germany-based supplier of automation technology and assembly systems. The acquisition is expected to help Wipro Pari's strategic development in Europe. Hochrainer GmbH, a family-owned company, operational since 1973, supplies automation technology and assembly systems for global automobile manufacturers. It has a presence in non-automotive sectors too.
