Wondrlab acquires Polish digital agency WebTalk

Mumbai-based advertising agency Wondrlab has acquired Polish agency WebTalk in a cash and equity deal. Founded in 2010, WebTalk is a B2C digital marketing agency in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. It has a team of 100 specialists catering to more than 40 clients in Poland, CEE, and Central Asia.This is Wondrlab's fifth acquisition and the largest to date. Wondrlab has previously raised USD 7 million from Pi Ventures, Tanas Capital, Prodapt Holdings and angel investors including Priyamvada Balaji (Lucas India) and Gopal Srinivasan (TVS Capital).
