WPP buys residual 26% in MediaCom Communications from Balsara family

International ad agency WPP (via its US-based Group M unit) purchased the residual 26% stake in MediaCom Communications Pvt Ltd in India from Sam Balsara and Lara Balsara Vajifdar. The initial agreement between WPP and Sam Balsara and his family dates back to 2008.
