Yatra Online hikes stake in Adventure and Nature Network to 99%
Publicly listed online travel aggregator (OTA) Yatra Online has agreed to buyout the 49% stake of its partner Snow Leopard Adventures in Gurugram-based joint venture Adventure and Nature Network Pvt Ltd (ANN) for INR 98 Lakh in an all cash deal.ANN provides adventure tourism services and organises activities such as trekking, cycling, camping, and sports events. Post-deal, Yatra will hold 99% in ANN. The target company had reported revenue of INR 60.51 Lakh for FY23.
