Zigly Pet Care acquires Prolife Speciality Vet Clinic
New Delhi-based Zigly Pet Care has acquired Mumbai-based Prolife Speciality Vet Clinic .Founded in 2000 and managed by Dr. S M Gadge, Prolife Speciality Vet Clinic provides outpatient consultations, diagnostics, surgery, endoscopy, pathology and pharmacy services. The facility claims to have treated about 20,000 pets and recorded an annual recurring revenue of INR 4.36 crore.Zigly plans to transition the facility to a 24x7 operational model over the next nine to 12 months. The clinic will retain its existing team of veterinarians, centre manager, and support staff to maintain continuity of care.
