Zydus acquires 2 biologics making facilities of oncology player Agenus in the US
Zydus Lifesciences Ltd has made an entry into the global biologics contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) business by acquiring two biologics manufacturing facilities of Agenus Inc in the US.Agenus is a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company developing therapies to combat cancer.With this acquisition, Zydus will now become a one-stop solution provider across the development spectrum of biologics, right from preclinical to toxicology studies, clinical development and now manufacturing.
